Fritland, Brussels
Chris got a haircut in Brussels and asked his barber, a lifelong local, where he goes for fries. His answer was Fritland, open since 1978. We got a small with andalouse sauce, mayo, ketchup and vinegar, the most popular fry sauce here.
The fries were chunky and crispy, solid but nothing to write home about. The sauce is where the magic happens. It gave Sara flashbacks to In-N-Out animal style. And they're not French fries here. They're frites.
