Buchon Yukhoe
Everyone told us to get to this yukhoe spot early, and they were right. We got in line about 15 minutes before opening and were third, and by the time the doors opened the line wrapped around.
Yukhoe is raw beef, and the place has been around for three generations. It tastes like a very rare steak with a sweet sauce. Honestly, it tastes like cow sushi. Not really our thing, but glad we tried it, and you're in and out in about ten minutes.
